Welcome to Pulse Arena Quest! Your privacy matters to us, and this Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you install, access, or play our mobile game and use any related services (collectively referred to as the "Application"). The Application is operated by ARTKEY LTD, which is referred to in this document as the "Service Provider."
Privacy Policy

During your interaction with the Application, certain information may be collected automatically or provided voluntarily when you use particular features. The types of information that may be processed include:
- Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address.
- Details about the screens or sections you visit, including dates, access times, and approximate session lengths.
- The total time spent interacting with the Application.
- Information about the operating system running on your mobile device.
- Data collected through cookies, software development kits (SDKs), and similar tracking technologies.
Pulse Arena Quest and selected third-party SDKs may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, or comparable technologies to analyze usage, support features, and maintain service performance. Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential tracking, the Service Provider will seek your permission before enabling the relevant technologies.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on the laws applicable to your location, you may be entitled to review the personal information held about you, request corrections to inaccurate records, or ask for your information to be erased. You may also withdraw consent when consent serves as the legal basis for processing. To submit a request or ask about these rights, contact the Service Provider at [email protected].
Privacy Rights for California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
Residents of California may have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act. Depending on the circumstances, these rights may include requesting details about the personal information collected, learning how it is used, requesting deletion, opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information where applicable, and receiving equal service regardless of whether they exercise their privacy rights.
Requests relating to the CCPA or CPRA may be sent to [email protected].
The Service Provider may use information you provide to send operational updates, important service announcements, notices required by law, and marketing or promotional messages when permitted by applicable regulations.
Some Application features may require additional information to function correctly or provide a more relevant experience. If such information is requested, it will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy requirements.
Third-Party Access
Information that has been aggregated, anonymized, or transformed so that it cannot reasonably identify a particular person may be shared with external service providers for analytical purposes, service maintenance, and improvements to the Application.
The Service Provider may also disclose information to third parties in other situations permitted by law and consistent with the practices described in this document.
International Data Transfers
Information relating to users may be processed or transferred by the Service Provider or its selected partners to countries other than the country where the user resides. These destinations may include locations outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
When international transfers are subject to legal protection requirements, the Service Provider will rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism where required. Depending on the circumstances, these mechanisms may include:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
- An applicable adequacy decision or another legally recognized transfer mechanism.
- User consent, where consent is legally appropriate and sufficient for the transfer concerned.
Privacy requirements differ across jurisdictions, and the level of protection available may vary. Where necessary, suitable safeguards and legally required authorizations will be established before personal information is transferred internationally.
Third-Party Services
Pulse Arena Quest may integrate services operated by independent third parties. These providers may collect or process information under their own privacy policies and terms. Services that may be used in connection with the Application include:
The Service Provider may share User Provided Information or Automatically Collected Information with other parties in the following circumstances:
- When disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, a valid court order, a subpoena, or another legally enforceable request.
- When disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the rights or safety of the Service Provider, users, or other individuals, investigate suspected fraud, or respond to a lawful request from a public authority.
- When information must be provided to authorized service providers or contractors performing work on behalf of the Service Provider, provided they are not permitted to use that information independently and are subject to suitable confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Opt-Out Rights
If you no longer want the Application to collect additional information from your device, you can stop using it and uninstall Pulse Arena Quest. Removing the game prevents further collection through that installation, although information already transmitted to the Service Provider or third-party services may continue to be stored according to their applicable retention policies.
To request the deletion of personal information, withdraw consent, or exercise another privacy right available to you, please email [email protected].
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider retains information according to its intended purpose, operational requirements, and applicable legal obligations. The following retention periods generally apply:
- Information Provided by Users: Usually retained while the Application is in use and for up to 12 months after use ends, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Automatically Collected Information: Generally kept for up to 24 months from the date of collection, unless continued retention is necessary for legal or regulatory reasons.
- Aggregated or Anonymized Information: May be retained indefinitely when it can no longer reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual.
- Information Required for Legal Compliance: Retained for the period specified by the relevant laws or regulations.
You may contact the Service Provider to request the removal of personal information. However, some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. To request the deletion of information you previously submitted through the Application, send an email to [email protected].
Please note that removing certain information may limit the availability or functionality of some features within the Application.
Children's Privacy
Pulse Arena Quest is not intended for children under the age of 13 or any higher minimum age that may apply under local law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or intentionally direct the Application's promotion toward them.
Where parental or legal guardian permission is required by law, children should not use the Application until the necessary consent has been obtained. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 in circumstances where such collection is prohibited.
If the Service Provider discovers that personal information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable requirements, reasonable measures will be taken to remove that information from its systems as promptly as practicable.
Parents and legal guardians who believe a child may have submitted personal information through the Application can contact [email protected]. The Service Provider will review the request and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.
Security
The Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards to protect information handled through the Application. Depending on the nature of the information and the circumstances, these safeguards may include technical security measures, organizational procedures, and physical protections intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Nevertheless, the Service Provider seeks to apply appropriate measures to protect information under its control.
Data Breach Notification
If a security incident compromises personal information, the Service Provider will notify affected individuals or relevant authorities when notification is required by applicable law. Where appropriate and legally necessary, the notice may outline the general circumstances of the incident and the steps being taken to investigate and address the issue.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the Application, technology, legal requirements, or information-handling practices.
When revisions are made, the updated version will be published with a revised effective date. If applicable law requires consent to a significant change, the necessary consent will be obtained before the change takes effect.
Previous versions may be retained for reference. To request information about an earlier version, contact the Service Provider at [email protected].
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-10-09.
Your Consent
Where consent is required as the legal basis for processing personal information, you provide it by actively granting the relevant permission or choosing to enable the feature concerned. You may withdraw that consent at any time, subject to applicable law.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before the withdrawal. Information processed on another valid legal basis may continue to be handled as explained in this Privacy Policy.
